SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- For Apparels:-
- For Peninsula Malaysia: 1~2 items RM7, 3~4 items RM10, 5~6 items RM13 (<2kg).
- For East Malaysia: 1~2 items RM10, 3~4 items RM15, 5~6 items RM20 (<2kg).
- For Accessories:-
- For Peninsula Malaysia: <5 items RM7
- For East Malaysia: <5 items RM10
- For Apparels & Accessories:-
- For ASEAN countries: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam:
250gms & below RM15, 500gms & below RM25, 750gms & below RM35, 1kg & below RM45
- For overseas, items will be sent via registered post. Tracking number will be provided.
- Items will be sent via PosLaju (within Malaysia) upon confirmation of payment.
- Tracking number will be provided.
- There shall be no delivery on public holidays & weekends.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- We will always ensure the items are in good condition before delivery, however we will not be liable for any damage or loss of items during the delivery process.
For all ready-stock items: Items will be sent out 1-3 days after full payment is received.
For all Pre-order items: Once the order reached the minimun order quantity, we will place the order with the supplier. And once the items arrive, we will email you and send out the items. And usually it takes about 2-4 weeks (from the closing date) for the items to arrive and be sent out to you. If items you ordered are out of stock, your money will be refunded accordingly.
To Make A Payment:
- At the moment we accept either online/ atm transfer, cash/ cheque deposit. For overseas customers, you may pay using credit card via PayPal - charges apply.
- Bank/ PayPal account details will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.
- Payment has to be made within 2 days after the order confirmation.
Do drop us a note after payment has been made with details as below:

For Pre-order: Payment must be made before the closing date of each album. As this is a pre-order, items you've chosen might not be available anymore after the closing date, you could select another item or be refunded for that item.

All items sold are not refundable nor exchangeable.

Genuine buyers only, all backout buyers will be blacklisted.
Please do not place order if you have no intention of buying or paying. We are ok if you suddenly have a change of mind, decided to cancel the order placed, so long you let us know. Drop us an email, dont just leave us hanging for over a week, some even for WEEKS! We wont bite. So please have the courtesy to atleast let us know. Once an order has been placed and we've confirmed availability by replying your email, it basically means we're in an agreement and that we've already put the items aside which in turn deprives us of a potential sale from someone else, and we of course expect payment to be made within 2 days (or within a renegotiated time frame) as stated time and time again on this blog/ our facebook page and in our emails.

Colour may differs due to the different display settings of all monitors.
For all apparels,kindly give an allowance of up to +/- 2 inches due to elasticity of apparels and/or slightly varying measurement methods by different individuals/ countries.
